What does the NINZ chatbot do?
It provides structured answers to your most common customer questions (hours, services, pricing ranges, policies) and directs visitors to your approved next steps (booking link, form link, phone, or email). It’s designed to reduce repetitive messages and keep your communication consistent.
Will it replace my staff?
No. It handles common questions and basic routing so your team isn’t repeating the same information all day. Anything that requires a person still goes to your business contact method.
How long does setup take?
Managed Chatbot Setup: typically delivered within 7 days after intake + payment.
Landing Page + Bot: typically delivered within 10 business days after intake + payment.
Does it work after business hours?
Yes. The chatbot works 24/7 and can answer questions and direct customers to your approved links anytime.
Can I request updates?
Yes. Your monthly plan includes up to 10 edits/updates per month (hours, services, pricing ranges, policies, links, and approved new FAQs).
If you need more than 10 in a month, you can purchase an additional batch: up to 10 extra edits for $75.
Does the chatbot include CRM or backend dashboard access?
No. NINZ does not provide client dashboard access or CRM builds as part of this service. The chatbot routes customers to your preferred contact method (booking link, form link, phone number, or email address).
Is this a subscription?
Yes. The service includes a one-time setup fee plus $149/month for ongoing hosting/management and monthly updates (up to 10 edits/updates).
What am I paying for?
You’re paying for a structured chatbot system built for your business (FAQs, conversation flows, approved links) plus ongoing hosting/management and monthly updates so the bot stays accurate as your hours, services, pricing ranges, and policies change.
What if I don’t have a website yet?
No problem. You can start with the Landing Page + Bot package, or you can build the chatbot first and install it once your website is live.
Do you install the chatbot on my website?
It depends on the package.
Landing Page + Bot: Yes — the chatbot is installed on the landing page NINZ builds.
Managed Chatbot Setup (bot-only): You’ll receive the widget/embed code and publishing guidance. Your developer (or whoever manages your website) will place the code on your site.
