Custom Digital Services
NINZ provides custom digital services, strategy, implementation, automation, simple landing pages, website design support, chatbot configuration, virtual concierge setup, FAQ development, consulting, and related business solutions. Every project involves reserved time, planning, customization, and digital work performed specifically for each client.
All Sales Are Final
All setup fees are non-refundable. All payments are final. No refunds will be issued for completed, partially completed, scheduled, or in-progress services. Failure to use or complete purchased services does not qualify for a refund.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled according to the applicable service agreement, but previous payments are non-refundable.
Alternative Resolutions
If NINZ is unable to deliver a purchased service due solely to circumstances within NINZ's control, NINZ may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative solution, service credit, or other resolution. This does not create an obligation to provide a monetary refund.
Chargebacks
Chargebacks filed without first attempting to resolve the matter directly with NINZ may be considered a violation of the Terms of Use.
