NINZ provides a small-business education and resource platform that includes a free FAQ Library, Free Resources, and Learning Center content. This information is provided for general business purposes and is not a substitute for legal, financial, or other professional advice.
Paid Solutions
NINZ paid solutions include Landing Page Design, Chatbots, Landing Page + Chatbot, Virtual Concierge, FAQ Services, NINZ Visibility Monitor™, and a secondary AI Visibility Assessment. Availability, scope, and pricing are described on the applicable service page, checkout, proposal, or service agreement.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required materials, approvals, account access, and any permissions needed for NINZ to perform requested services.
Payment Terms
Fees, setup costs, monthly fees, subscriptions, and payment schedules may vary by solution and will be communicated before work begins or purchase. Payments are due according to the applicable invoice, checkout, proposal, or service agreement.
NINZ Visibility Monitor™
NINZ Visibility Monitor™ is currently offered at $150 per month with recurring billing. It includes ongoing monitoring, periodic visibility reviews, AI visibility observations, and practical recommendations. It does not include website edits, SEO optimization, or implementation services unless separately agreed in writing.
Setup Fees and Monthly Fees
Setup fees cover planning, configuration, implementation, and reserved project time. Monthly fees may cover ongoing monitoring, services, hosting, tools, support, messaging, maintenance, or platform access as described in the applicable agreement.
Project Timelines
Timelines depend on project scope, client responsiveness, platform access, third-party tools, revisions, and scheduling availability. Estimated timelines are not guarantees.
Revisions
Included revisions, if any, will be defined by the applicable proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees.
Cancellations
Monthly subscriptions may be canceled according to the applicable service agreement or checkout terms. Prior payments remain non-refundable unless NINZ states otherwise in writing or a refund is required by law.
Refunds
NINZ provides custom digital services, implementation work, digital deliverables, and recurring monitoring. All setup fees and payments are final except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
Third-Party Platforms
NINZ may use third-party platforms to provide forms, messaging, landing pages, automation, hosting, analytics, monitoring, payment, and communication tools. NINZ is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or platform limitations.
Technology Limitations
Digital tools, forms, chatbots, messaging systems, hosting, monitoring tools, and automations may experience delays, outages, errors, or third-party limitations. NINZ will make reasonable efforts to support reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance.
No Guaranteed Results
NINZ does not guarantee rankings, search placement, AI recommendations, AI mentions, visibility, traffic, leads, conversions, sales, revenue, customer outcomes, or other business results.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NINZ retains ownership of its processes, templates, workflows, methods, and internal systems. Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility.
Confidentiality
NINZ respects client business information and treats client-provided materials, login details, business processes, and customer information as confidential, subject to the use of third-party platforms needed to deliver services.
Messaging and Communication Consent
If you separately select a Communication Consent checkbox, you agree to receive calls, text messages, and emails from NINZ regarding your inquiry, services, appointments, payments, project updates, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Separate Agreement
Communication consent is separate from any Agreement checkbox or service-specific agreement presented with a form. A form may use one Agreement field to accept applicable terms, policies, and service conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NINZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, platform outages, or third-party service failures.
Indemnification
You agree to hold NINZ harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the website, your submitted information, your business materials, your violation of these terms, or your misuse of services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Oklahoma unless otherwise required by law. Some rights may vary by state.
Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, both parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by written notice describing the issue and requested resolution.
Arbitration Clause
If a dispute is not resolved informally, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in Oklahoma unless otherwise required by law. Where legally permitted, each party waives the right to participate in a class action.
