Setup Fees and Monthly Fees

Setup fees cover planning, configuration, implementation, and reserved project time. Monthly fees may cover ongoing services, hosting, tools, support, messaging, maintenance, or platform access as described in the applicable agreement.

Project Timelines

Timelines depend on project scope, client responsiveness, platform access, third-party tools, revisions, and scheduling availability. Estimated timelines are not guarantees.

Revisions

Included revisions, if any, will be defined by the applicable proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may require additional fees.

Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions may be canceled according to the applicable service agreement. Prior payments remain non-refundable unless NINZ states otherwise in writing.

Refunds

NINZ provides custom digital services and implementation work. All setup fees and payments are final except where otherwise required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Third-Party Platforms

NINZ may use third-party platforms to provide forms, messaging, landing pages, automation, hosting, analytics, payment, and communication tools. NINZ is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, or platform limitations.

Technology Limitations

Digital tools, forms, chatbots, messaging systems, hosting, and automations may experience delays, outages, errors, or third-party limitations. NINZ will make reasonable efforts to support reliable operation but cannot guarantee uninterrupted performance.

No Guaranteed Results

NINZ does not guarantee specific revenue, search ranking, lead volume, conversions, customer outcomes, or business results.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, NINZ retains ownership of its processes, templates, workflows, methods, and internal systems. Client-provided materials remain the client's responsibility.

Confidentiality

NINZ respects client business information and treats client-provided materials, login details, business processes, and customer information as confidential, subject to the use of third-party platforms needed to deliver services.
