PART 1: SMS MESSAGING TERMS

1. Program Name & Description

NINZ SMS Program provides text messages and inbound/outbound calling related to NINZ services, including: intake confirmations, document/form delivery, scheduling updates, appointment reminders, service notifications, customer support, and AI concierge communications.

2. Opt-In & Consent

You opt in by submitting a web form, checking an SMS consent box, or explicitly requesting SMS
SMS consent is separate from marketing consent
Consent is NOT a condition of purchase
We maintain timestamped records of consent for TCPA compliance

3. Message Frequency & Content

Frequency varies based on your interaction with NINZ
Messages are directly related to services you've requested
Promotional SMS requires separate, explicit consent
All messages comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier guidelines

4. A2P (Application-to-Person) & Call Handling

NINZ uses A2P messaging and call routing to send SMS messages and route inbound/outbound calls on your behalf. By opting in, you authorize NINZ to:

Send you service-related SMS messages
Route inbound calls and SMS to your business (following routing rules you approve)
Send outbound SMS/calls on your behalf (reminders, confirmations, follow-ups)
Maintain call logs and message records for compliance and service delivery

5. Costs & Carrier Information

Standard message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
Messages delivered through major U.S. carriers and participating regional carriers

6. Opt-Out (STOP)

Reply STOP at any time to opt out
You will receive a confirmation message
No further messages sent unless you re-opt in
Opt-outs processed immediately

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to opt in to SMS/call services.

9. Compliance & Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this program for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive purposes
NINZ complies with TCPA, CTIA, and all applicable messaging laws
Violations may result in termination of SMS/call services

10. Program Changes & Termination

NINZ may modify or terminate SMS/call services at any time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. We may notify you of material changes by email or website notice.

PART 2: WEBSITE TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Business Identity

This website is owned and operated by NINZ, a DBA of ReKota Designs, LLC. By accessing this site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that apply to specific services.
